Impeachment Manual

In 2010 I filed to impeach my judge in Grand Rapids, Michigan. I was the first person to do so since 1963 when it was enacted that a citizen could impeach an elected official. You have to look at your state's constitution to see if it is allowed. When I look up impeachment manuals, there are none online and this manual is not found either.
